Terrible customer service. They are never at the store during their store hours. Nobody ever gets back to my voicemails. You literally have to waste gas to drive there to talk to someone. There was a winter storm on the day of. Class got cancelled and my Groupon said it was redeemed but I never used it. Never coming back here or recommending it to my friends and family.
