The mechanics explained everything well and did not recommend anything that didn't need to be done. They even suggested ways to save money. Seemed to honestly care about the customer and not merely trying to upsell you.

They told me I needed repair parts on front end of car. Bought parts myself took to MY mechanic he said nope there, front end ball joints were just gone..

Good experience, easy to schedule, smart service manager who explained what was needed, work done fast. Had alignment and the car noticeably drove/steered better. GOOD JOB!!
