We had our bathtub and surrounding tile resurfaced. The person who did the work was very professional and great at explaining the process. However, there were some areas where he primed the surface but forgot to paint it. It took another week for him to come back out and complete the work. This is our only bathroom and we were unable to use the shower for almost two weeks due to this. We were also somewhat frustrated with the company's delay or lack of communication when we needed to speak to them about this situation. The end result is nice, but it was a frustrating process for us.
