About Fitness With A Beat

Jackie Collier-Thomas, the owner of Fitness With A Beat, has been a group exercise instructor for many years, experience that she now brings to Zumba classes for exercisers of all abilities. A licensed member of the Zumba Instructor Network, Jackie specializes in regular Zumba and Zumba Toning classes, which use Zumba Toning sticks and enhanced rhythms to help sculpt and tone the body. Jackie also conducts Zumba Gold and Zumba Gold Toning classes that specialize in moves for active older or deconditioned participants.
