Calling for an appointment was easy. The facial seemed rushed. They did not put a towel or something to protect my shirt. No headband to protect my hairline, they used a shower cap which didn’t fit well. My hairline had product on it when I was finished. The facial took less than 30mins, barely got an extraction. Overall it was a basic facial, even though I booked the gold.

I bought diamond facial.. and kinda disappointed it just like regular face wash , u can do at home , i dont feel deep cleansing , they dont steam ur face and wait few mnts and do blackhead removal after , it just bad . Is not worth it. They need to upgrade their service/ skill to the one like Chinese/Korean skin treatment .
