What was the inspiration to start or run this business? 21st Massage started out of a desire of its owner for a better, more effective massage experience every time. These goals stemmed from an interest in neuroscience research and new technologies and both drive 21st Massage's development and are found in everything the company does.
What do you love most about your job? I love relaxing customers, giving them a retreat from their daily lives and their conditions they come in for treatment. I also really like surprising customers, stemming from my love of integrating technology into an experience not usually thought of having integrated it.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The genuine gasp when they first enter their massage space to see their surroundings.
