Did not clean the carpet. Spent very little time there for four bedrooms. Carpets did not look any cleaner after.

The service Technician showed up an hour and a half late. Also, charged an additional $25 for 3rd room because, according to the technician, my dining room counted as two rooms due to the size. Although the company website and Groupon state 3 rooms and do not list square footage.

Horrible, I used my own carpet cleaner after and picked up so much 😩. Did not vacum in and out in 30 minutes. Disappointing
