The staff was very knowledgeable, informative, and direct. Kelly was amazing and kind. Thanks for helping me with a new (used) vehicle I purchased, which had several issues that I was unaware of.

Went in for an alignment. I needed 2 new tires before it could be done. The tech could not get the tire off my rim. Almost damaged my rim. Then the alignment was done wrong too. When I left it was pulling to the left. Had to return the next day to get it corrected. No apologies, no explanation, no credit. Nothing to make it right. That kid should not be working on people's cars if he cant do anything right. Worst shop I've ever experienced.

This place told me everything I needed to fix on my car. Took my Groupon voucher, offered to fix all the things they found wrong that equaled about 750.00 or more. I This is not what I paid for an evaluation of why they could not perform the alignment. Usually if a shop can give you the service you ask for they should give you your money back. It's a racket they have to drum up business.
