The work was good, but the accommodations were not great. I bought the Groupon because Big Al would travel to my husband work. Since buying it, he changed his policy and you had to travel to him. It was a bit inconvenient.

The guys at Big Al's did an AMAZING job on my car. I had some terrible stains on the seats, and my car was well past due for a good detail. Now my car looks shiny and new. They even restored the head lights. I'll definitely be taking my car back to Big Al's.

streaks on window and interior of car. Seats still had crumbs, carpet not shampooed. Threaten to charge me more even though car not that dirty at all. Center counsel not cleaned.
