Got my order wrong. I wanted a cookie bouquet and they gave me 5 cookies instead. It didn’t make for a very good gift. Person who took my order didn’t have clue how to do it and never told me they would be closing early on my pickup date. Luckily I got there as they were closing and got the cookies but they couldn’t be made into a bouquet as they couldn’t put sticks in already baked cookies.

Ordered a variety basket. I received a plan white box. I asked about the basket and was told they were out. They did put them in a birthday tin. The basket on the website had a variety of cookies. I was told they only had oatmeal & chocolate chip. A gentleman employee there was obviously upset gave me a $4 discount. The chocolate cookies were good, oatmeal not as much.
