Do NOT go here! The facial was nothing special. She didn’t explain the process or what products she was using at all. Then she charged me an extra $20 as a “Groupon service fee” which Groupon customer support says is not a their policy and says that any extra fees should be listed in the fine print. It is not. It’s a scam! I’ve been using Groupon for years and this is unacceptable. DON’T GO HERE!

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy the facial. If you wanted me to talk the whole time about what I was doing then, all you had to do was ask...My policy clearly states on my website, on the forms you signed and in my room that a service fee is charged for any groupons used!!!!! Please read everything so, this doesn’t happen where you misunderstood everything. I use Groupon too a lot and everything always has extra cost....I thought I wasn’t charging enough compared to other companies...

Let me start by saying the facial is VERY well done. Nicole did a great job at using products that didn’t cause me to break out, while I GREATLY appreciate. However, paying for the Groupon is utterly useless. You end up having to pay for the whole facial anyways afterwards. THAT I was not happy about. Why have a Groupon if you are going to make customers pay the full amount anyways? It’s a scam.

I’m not sure how you think you paid for the whole facial but, the full price of your facial is $90. You paid $40 to Groupon and the 20% service fee to me that’s $18. If you add that up it equals $58 total...Looks like you got a great savings to me. Otherwise, I’m happy you enjoyed your facial.

Sorry you felt you had a horrible experience but, you didn’t even wait 5 mins. to get your facial. I have nothing to do with the salon ladies so, if they were rude then, you should take it up with them. I can not control their attitudes. I only rent there. Too bad you missed out on an awesome facial!!
