Man at front desk kept arguing, wouldn’t honor my Groupon, very rude. Lady who did my Brazilian Wax didn’t do a good job, left a lot hair behind. I would never go back. Very irritating experience.

The most painful Brazilian I have ever experienced and I’ve had plenty before. She rushed through it and didn’t hold the skin when ripping the wax off. Waxed the same areas multiple times to the point where when I got home I was raw and swollen. She was super nice but I think distracted. They had repair men in that day. I even also paid to have my brows threaded but they ended up lopsided.

I've been searching high and low for a good waxing salon, so I've been trying a lot of different locations around Atlanta. Unfortunately, I won't be returning here. The wax she used was so sticky, I could feel it for days (!), the communication was an issue and the waxing job itself wasn't great. She was very sweet and accommodating, which is why I'm at least rating it two stars.
