I think it would be helpful to state that the customer will be responsible to pay for taxes, in addition to the Groupon. Because the original price was so large, tax was over $50 and was a bit of a surprise in the store.

I dropped off my wedding dress along with my friend's wedding dress to have cleaned and packaged. They informed us that it should not take more than 3 weeks to finish. 2 months later one of them is still not complete and they would only offer a discount on our next visit. We will NOT be returning as they are unreliable so this offer is useless to us. They would not take any amount off the current service. I understand that we already got a large discount with the groupon, but we have been greatly inconvenienced and they wouldn't offer anything we could use to compensate us. We are located almost an hour away so it's frustrating.

When I used the coupon it had already expired but the lady there would not let me use both coupons togerther , (i purchased 2 of them.)even though it was only the money I paid I was using
