Wanted to use expired Groupon as cash but lady refused to let me use it or even book an appointment for me. She also said they no longer do facials there and then denied the store was Golden Rosewater when it clearly said it on their sign. Will no longer return here. Too bad, as I previously had a great experience with Sammy but she no longer works there.

I was the first appointment @ 10:00 am & did not arrive to open the spa until 10:10am. Also do not like the sales pressure to purchase facial packages.
