Opened in 2016 by the Villatoro family, the restaurant cooks up a mix of American and Guatemalan dishes—an appropriate blend of flavors that directly relates to the owners' heritage and identity. For them, both cuisines are comfort food, and with undeniably delicious recipes like Guatemalan short-rib soup made with hearty veggies and savory beef broth, meal by meal they graciously expand other New Englanders' idea of comfort food, too.
