I showed a picture and explained for 30 minutes what I wanted. I wanted black shadow and blonde highlights on top. My hair cut to my shoulders and layered up. The first round I came out with black hair and very little blonde, she stated she would add more blonde since she misunderstood. so round two. It took 5 hours and my hair was cut just below my ears and the front was uneven. She said if I didn't like it to contact her and she will add more blonde. I still did not have blonde and hair was uneven, it was very little blond and caramel caused from after dying my hair black then blonde it will not turn blonde. When I contacted her she stated working on my hair for 5 hours put her body in distress and she could not fix my hair as she decided to closed down for a while.
