What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I have been in the world of Fitness for over 5 decades, a life-experience only imagined by most. This has been my life's passion; so I must give back to others, and do all I can to guide and influence people in keeping their bodies as fit as possible.

What do you love most about your job? When I see the look on peoples faces on what the training has done for them, I am like a little kid receiving a huge present - my eyes even well up seeing the joy in their eyes and heart.
