Did not get manicure, only polish. Same with pedicure.

shaping, trimming nails, file and shaping and polish....IS A MANICURE. unless cuticles are removed polish goes ontol of skin and doesn't stay. I don't even offer a service with out cuticle work....

Dana was very nice and I thought she did a good job at first but within 2 days a few nails peeled off in one piece. Very disappointed :(

again ladies...I explained the new shellac lux product to this person ...asked for personal feed back. and again new clients can no longer request the new product...it doesn't not have the same quality as the regular shellac until I can debunk the techniques....FYI....shellac is gel.. new clients do not have the option to try new product. I don't do acylic and will not do an optional service that damages nail. please don't ask any more!
