I was told by the girls at the front that I would get 2 sessions out of my purchase but that didn't wind up the case. After signing in at the front desk, I realized the doctor who would be working with me was sitting in the room in silence the entire time. We then walked to the back room where he started by asking if my husband knew I got botox, why I would drive to their location, and commented on the area that I live in calling it something like "snooty" but then saying he could tell I wasn't from there (in a way that felt like an insult). I also asked if he could ensure my eyebrows wouldn't droop from forehead injections and he told me there was absolutely no way for that to be avoided. This is simply untrue and the first injector I've ever met who has claimed it to be. He could have injected botox around my eyebrows to lift them. Once we were finished, I asked what I had done because I had purchased 40 units of botox and again, the girls at the front said this would be done over 2 sessions. He responded with "botox" at which point I had to clarify that I wanted to know how many units and he didn't give a straight answer. My whole interaction with him made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don't know if it's because I used a Groupon or what, but if that's the case then maybe this business needs to stop using Groupon and focus on better marketing and customer service to get people in the door. My initial results were OK but not long lasting. This was the most amount of Botox I've received at once (assuming he injected at least 30 of the 40 units I paid for) and the results did not reflect that.
