Many of the instructors at Yogaholic found a sense of rebirth through their newfound passion: one experienced peace in the wake of an injury, while another began the practice for physical exercise and found himself melding his body with his mind and soul. Together, the team instills that same peace of mind in students of all ages, helping to kindle confidence and physical strength and quiet minds through meditation. The classes, which range from 90 minute Vinyasa flow to one-hour gentle and restorative yoga, take place in a soothing, open studio—far away from the hectic noise and gaudy monogrammed towels of a typical gym.
