At 9Round Matthews, the boxing and kickboxing workouts are short and sweet—to complete a bout of 9Round circuit training, members simply traverse nine stations in 30 minutes. Each station's exercise changes daily to prevent workout boredom, but the lineup often includes jump roping, speed-bag work, and other boxing-gym staples that emphasize core strength and endurance. To accommodate busy members, the trainers don't enforce specific class times; instead, they simply start a new circuit every three minutes.
