What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We provide professional services, along with courtesy internal & external cleaning of equipment, and same day service as long as equipment arrives before 1pm and parts are available for servicing. We have outstanding review history on Google, Yelp, and Angie's List.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A better way of doing things gave us the insight to start the company in 2007. We had the vision, that a professional should be that "A Professional". When we're working on equipment you can surely expect it is in good hands, speedy service, and the finish result will be great experience.
What do you love most about your job?
Serving equipment and Interacting with people; helping people accomplish their goals by providing them with reliable feedback. During the day I also enjoy reading CPU Magazine with most current Tech Tips, and sharing that knowledge to help enhance User's overall technology experience.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The quality of our Customer Service, and Knowledgable Techs.
