About Zuni Ortiz, LMT

In her 10-plus years of practicing massage, Zuni Ortiz has developed her own specialized form of deep-tissue massage. Rooted in neuromuscular massage studies and post-college training in sciatica and migraine treatments, her deep-tissue techniques include rhythmic and alternating movements that adapt to the density of the different muscles and tissues.

Zuni doesn't just limit herself to therapeutic massage, though. Her couples massages, for example, let partners trade off between time on the table and time in a cushioned space, where they can reel in comfort from their own massage or try to telepathically siphon off their partner's experience.
