I wish I could get my money back. It should be advertised that she sprained her hand and only massages with her FEET. Also, completely unprofessional. Talking the whole time and about other customers, language, I was uncomfortable not to mention IN PAIN the entire time. Not a professional.

LOL! Yes- you CAN get your $ back= please do! I offer a 100% $ back guarantee, and you will be the FIRST in 789 clients over 8 years to ask for it!! You could have walked out after 20 minutes for free. I will give you the $15 of my portion I get paid to give you an hour deep tissue and trigger point massage AND Groupons portion. 1) You live out of state, my policy is for local (potential customers) only, but since you are a (co-nurse) $60 hour- travel nurse- ALREADY in PAIN, I made an exception to the rule to HELP YOU ! I explained on the phone that I had nerve damage and would need to re-schedule OR give you an ASHIATSU (feet) massage which you chose and were aware of BEFORE arrival, This was appropriate to penetrate what you needed to fix your issues and penetrate your body type. I accommodated you because you were hurting and couldnt continue another nursing shift. I also made a special arrangement around your late shift. Also bariatric massage and Swedish massage is NOT my niche NOR do I try to emulate a SPA !! I am well documented to be more of a heavy handed therapist and NOT a fru-fru spa, also I am a straight 5 star therapist online (except for 2 ungrateful women) never have had a complaint since I started doing women and groupon. You had trigger points which are painful in themselves, You claimed you felt better after the massage and even gave me a $10 tip. I clearly make people aware of the foot work and give them a choice, also I invite EVERY client to feel free to communicate if the pressure is too hard, and that I would try to tone it down, but CLEARLY I screen EVERY client before the appointment, if they claim they want a 3/10 or anything less than 5/10 I refer them elsewhere. I dont chat unless the client chats. YOU were the one going on about your dysfunctional family life, moving around 5 states, traveling to relocate, your drug addicted -pill stealing nurse roommate. I even tried to help you locate a rental room that you needed. We are BOTH nurses sharing general "war" stories, never did I "talk sbout" a particular client as you insinuate. Its true as they say "nurses eat their young"., and women are caddy. No shocker here.

Massage was firm and thorough. Atmosphere was not very inviting

Well I'm certainly not the Biltmore for a $39 Groupon which YOU CHOSE based on the photos you saw, but I can't imagine how my studio is " not inviting". My photos of my beautiful SPOTLESS Salon, online speak for themselves. But thanxx!!

Not recommended if you are looking for a peaceful and calming massage session to help you relax and regroup. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience and a sounding board from start to finish. Everyone has problems but it’s best not to dump them onto the person lying on the massage table.

Wow! "WE" we're having banter (I thought) about common experiences in the health care field, I usually only continue conversation if and after the client initiates it or continues to share. I'm dismayed as this is my FIRST rating lower than a 4 EVER and since you remarked how good your range of motion improved, your headache disappeared, and that you felt "much better". I have a straight 4.9 star rating online. My intentions were never to "dump" on you. I only wish I was given the courtesy of knowing your discontent before reading about it here, and giving me a chance to remedy it by refunding you ( which I have NEVER had to do in the past with my free 1st 20 minute policy-none of my 768 clients ever felt it necessary to leave!)
