My stylist took almost five hours to dye and cut my hair, and insisted that I use a toner on my roots, which ultimately made my roots way lighter than the rest of my hair. I ended up spending $50 more than I intended. When my hair was finally finished, I tipped my stylist 20%, and didn't even get a thank you. I will NEVER be returning.

The staff was not professional. The wait was long. The woman that shampoos hair needs to cut her nails- they hurt! The hairdresser was very rough when combing hair, pulling it. Continually knocked my ears with her comb & burned my scalp & ears while blow drying. Not a pleasurable experience at all! Sorry!
