Certified fitness trainer Tony Osondu believes in his clients. He also believes in their ability to get into great shape and maintain it, even if they've never worked out before. At his intense boot camp sessions held in the lower level of Timonium's Interactive Fitness, he leads gymgoers of all skill levels through a focused and heart-pounding workout that blends strength training, cardio, and core work.
The goal is muscle confusion—making sure that the body doesn't get used to any particular movement—which helps prevent boredom. In any one session, boot campers might be pushing giant tractor wheels, racing each other, or jumping onto boxes to work on explosive power or an upcoming community theater role as King Kong. On top of his fitness work, Tony also offers personal training and nutritional coaching, which helps motivate and support his clients as they work towards their fitness goals.
