Chantel Chewe Jefferson, MSN-Ed, RN is a Registered Nurse with a Master's focused on nursing and community education. She also prides herself on her healthy attainable lifestyle that she lives as a middle age mother of 2. Chantel is an aspiring yogi that is passionate about her journey with yoga and wants to introduce yoga in her community. She believes that every woman deserves to live healthy and look her best. She believes that consistency and accountability can bring the best results. She believes in empowering her community by providing education on the health disparities that affect it most. She believes that knowledge is power and wants to empower her community with education. When women reach middle age, they are often forgotten. They sometimes lose their ambition to stay healthy and let themselves go because of many reasons such as motherhood, divorce, and health complications. When this happens it is often times very difficult as a woman to find someone that understands them and wants to help. That is where Chan Jeff's program comes in. It is designed to help this women stay in shape or get in shape in a judgement free environment while educating the community on how to remain healthy regarding the many health complications that affect it.
