I had this facial and it would be a shame to call it a facial. The groupon I purchased for $115 said its a facelift facial but when I went there, the owner and also the service provided said its a skin tightening current that will be given but no massage etc. Then how come its a facial, when she puts a machine and let it do its job. Well she told me to go for a microdermabrasion and added another oxygen facial into it for 35 more dollars. I haggled the extra price for $20 more since on groupon her micro derm was only $69 and I already paid $115 for the Groupon. Later after we setteled the service and the extra $$, we went in and I changed and lay down. She then, did a very basic cleansing, applying cleanser and wiping it off after a few strokes. Then she did microderm for say 10 mins. Then followed it with another 10 mins of cold air blowing sesion of 10 mins on my face. That was supposed to be pure oxygen. Nothing touching the skin or pressing on it etc.. No serum applied on my face nothing. She had showed me 2 tiny empty bottles with hand written labels saying that those things had 100 ingredients and that that will be put in the oxygen and given. I did not feel any serum on my face directly or through the cold air. Later she wiped my face and applied meager moisturizer with an applicator and little sun screen and said it was over. No massage, no extraction no nothing. what kind of facial is this for $135?? Pathetic. My skin just felt a little scrubbed and same as I came in with. It feels nothing different and absolutely not like as if a facial has been done. This is cheating. You sell products on a very high price and say high level its very deep and face lifting, rejuvenating stuff but do absolutely no service anywhere close to what a facial should have been. People please avoid this place and run away. Just like many other Fake Chinese products not delivering up to it's cover.
