I love everything about my job

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback i have got was "He we directly to the places i needed it, and confidently addressed the areas. When the massage was done, it felt like i had a whole new body."

He never returned one call to schedule a massage. After threatening to go to the better business bureau, then he refunded.

After explaining the situation with her and offering her options to fix my the problem. She chose the refund instead of the massage. Resolved the issue.
