in order to schedule an appointment you must do so electronicially. Calling is out of the question as you are directed to their website or to send a text message. I prefer - as most customers - to speak directly with a live person rather than conduct business electronically.
They have very few accommodating appointment times and depending on the location, the next available appointment time is in September - unless you can come mid-day in August which may mean taking the day off.
I finally was able to speak to a person on the day of my appointment and she was RUDE and very hard to talk to/reason with. I was able to get my money back from Groupon but will NEVER recommend their company to anyone.
