I was so pleased with my Groupon haircut, that I have since returned to Karol's for several follow-up cuts. Each time, Karol shows evident expertise in haircutting-- providing a cut that follows my requests-- and also offering her ideas if asked. Along with her professional skill, Karol is remarkably kind and gracious. I recommend Karol's with enthusiasm.
