Flavia is incredible! She always makes my hair look amazing. I showed her a picture of the color and cut that I wanted. She matched it exactly. She is clearly very knowledgeable and I have seen her work with a variety of different hair textures. I Would highly recommend this salon for your next color and cut.

Well worth the Groupon deal. The salon was busy on a Friday morning, but the results were excellent. I would recommend it to friends.

I came in yesterday for a haircut with Flavia, and unfortunately, my experience was very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. When I greeted the staff, I was met with stares rather than a warm welcome, and aside from showing the haircut I wanted, I didn’t speak during my visit. The service itself was disappointing. The hair wash was done with cold water, and during the haircut Flavia never sectioned my hair properly, often walking away mid-cut. Another stylist even suggested she not cut my hair a certain way, but she brushed it off, saying she was “using it as her guideline.” I felt disrespected but stayed quiet. To make matters worse, she stopped halfway through blow drying my hair, and thankfully another stylist stepped in to finish it. I don’t know why I received this kind of treatment, but I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had used a Groupon for this service, and I can’t help but feel that may have influenced the way I was treated. Regardless, every client deserves the same level of professionalism and care. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. (Also this review was for google, and after reading other Groupon’s purchasers, I noticed we all faced a similar experience.)
