Difficult to booked an appointment. Very unprofessional when answering the phone. My appointment got cancel 15 min prior to schedule. Not a very calming or good massage. I wanted to turn around and leave.

Make sure to request the type of massage you want; i.e. Swedish versus Deep Tissue. I didn't really think about the difference until I got there. It wasn't a problem, it was a good education.
