Never got a chance to use my Groupon. I tried several times to get an appointment. April was never available. I was calling her on her personal cell phone that she had given me to contact her. I finally called the salon and found out that April no longer worked there and had not been there months. I asked if they could honor the Groupon. They said they could not. I contact Groupon and they would not give me a refund only Groupon bucks. I was not very happy how this was resolved.
