The vendor agreed to change out my bathroom faucets, including the jacuzzi tub faucet. They broke the face to the tub when attempting to get access to the tiub faucet and left after changing out 3 bathroom faucets, one which was leaking badly after they left. Even though they said they would get back to me regarding the broken tub face, which now is layng on the bathroom floor in pieces, I have not heard back from them. This was a horrible experience.

Hook n ladder does awesome work, but I have scheduled 3 appointments 2 of which I had to take an unpaid day off of work and they did not show up. I've called each time the night before or the day of the appointment and they said they would not be coming out. I would give them very high marks for their work but when they do not call and you stay home and wait or cancel plans it is down right rude and unproffessional
