The team at Memphis MMA is made up of instructors who are experts in their chosen disciplines—and even counts Royce and Rodrigo Gracie, the son and nephew of of jiu-jitsu pioneer Hélio Gracie, among its numbers. The experts conduct age-appropriate group programs in martial arts styles from around the world to hone self-defense skills, as well as provide mental and physical benefits. In addition to Gracie jiu-jitsu, they train students in muay thai kickboxing, karate, krav maga, and wrestling.
