This experience was criminal to say the least. The 27-point check that came with the basic oil change resulted in recommendations and a quote that topped $760. After what was suppose to be a basic oil change and tire rotation, ended up getting a leak in my radiator, no coolant and a mis-read of my car battery....sad.

The guy told my husband he had just bought the business and was losing money on the Groupons but would honor them anyway. They did the oil change but said his tires did not need to be rotated so they did not do it. They may have been right. I took my car a few days later. They did the oil change and told me my tires did not need to be rotated. Surprise to me, those tires on my car for 2 years and they have never been rotated. I believe they felt they were losing money they did not want to spend time to rotate the tires. I left rather than argue. We both agree the people were kind enough just not honest enough. Just don't feel we can trust them to do the right thing in the future.
