Having grown up with a brother with cerebral palsy, Dr. Dale Foster knows that sometimes there is a disconnect between brain and body. Seeing how funny and caring his little brother was, he became passionate about learning how to optimize the brain. This life experience eventually led him to become a clinical neuropsychologist, and he also holds a certification in QEEG (neurofeedback).

His counterpart at NeuroSource, Lee Ann Foster, dealt personally with developmental trauma and found a passion for counseling and talk therapy. This pushed her to work toward her master's degree in psychology and biofeedback. The pair combined their passions and opened NeuroSource in 2004, creating a space and a community to help others living with neurological issues.
