Treat all customers the same; my Groupon could result in additional walk-in customers and/or my repeat business. Don't refuse to offer plastic if I don't care to use you delivery service; that is not the best customer experience. Customers are the reason that retail establishments remain in business.

I was paired with an older English woman named Karen. She was friendly, knowledgeable,patient, and very helpful. My overall experience was fantastic. i will definitely be returning as well as reccomend Samuels Furniture and Interiors to everyone!

Furniture very overpriced and very limited selection. Staff and even owner was not knowledgable of products or services. I will not be purchasing another Samuels groupon.
