When I tried to use it, was told promotion ended. Now it have another end date of January. Attempted to call many times but no answer. Smh! Got my money. Smh!

You get an excellent workout in her bootcamp classes, which incorporate TRX, cardio, toning and strengthening. Absolutely love her positive attitude and personality. Shira also shows you modifications depending on your fitness level. If needed, she will suggest different exercises in order to either keep it low or bump it up. It's a class for everyone who wants to get into shape as well as those who are in a good shape and want to take it further. I love the fact that she emphasizes on good form and posture a lot throughout her classes since this is often overlooked in other bootcamps and can easily lead to injuries.
