I can't rate the actual experience as I cannot use the Groupon (although they marked it used when I called to make an appointment). The Groupon lists two locations, one near me in OH, but that one doesn't even offer the Body Pod which I found out after calling to make an appointment. The one in Florence offers it, but only on Mon, Wed, and Friday. I cannot go on any of those as I work full time and the travel time to Florence would not give me enough time to go. I have requested a refund, but since they marked my Groupon as USED, (I purchased 3 visits, so how it could POSSIBLY be used in one day I really don't know) I have to rely on them to tell Groupon I didn't really use it. But anyhoo, they should not have marked it used. Fingers are crossed that I get my money back. I do not recommend as the information in the offer is misleading. There are NOT two locations that offer this, and appointments are very limited.

Nancy, We do not have an Ohio location anymore. We have tried to get Groupon to cancell it but they will not. We have no one to speak with at Groupon. They are the ones running the ad and not us. Our apologies for unconvinced but this is groupon and not us. We have tried everything to stop this ad but they keep running it. I hope you get this resolved
