The staff was very personable and knowledgeable. Every one is seen as an individual, and there is a community atmosphere at this gym.

The best part for me is the personal touch given. I have always felt that other gyms I've joined were very impersonal. The owner makes it a point to introduce you to the other ladies (it's just for females) and everyone is very friendly. They also keep track of your progress and goals by weighing and measuring you every month and giving you attaboys when you reach a particular goal.

I wish chair cardio would continue to be available on Friday afternoon at the same time or even a little later. I won't be able to attend at the new morning time. I really enjoyed Ariana's stretch class and wish it were offered twice each week instead of once.
