Balance offers a variety of fitness classes including several styles of Yoga, Pilates & more. Our 5,000 square foot studio includes a large hot room with the latest Infrared Heat technology that will leave you feeling like you escaped on a sunny vacation. We have beautiful changing rooms for both men & women, with plenty of showers to accommodate those on the go to their next destination. For those that have time to stay and pamper themselves, we offer IR Saunas, a Salt Therapy Room and an individual hot room equipped with Lululemon's Mirror Technology.
