Essential Hot Yoga Of Boise, Meridian

I was new to yoga, though not all the movements, but especially to hot yoga. The first two visits the leading people were helpful, but all visits since - nothing - it's like I have the place all to myself once the session is done, though I can hear there are people around and in conversation. Another big challenge is that the room is very reverent, so it is hard to understand the person guiding the movements. And, sometimes they don't lower the music for the session, so there is music and voice jumbled, making it that much tougher to know what to do. Perhaps this is just a subtle form of making new people feel unwelcome, since it would take many many visits to figure out the movements and order for them. Once this pass is complete, I'll stick with options available at the Nampa Rec Center.
