The staff talk incessantly to each other about themselves and their health including bowel movements. They rejoice in not having any clients on site. While changing in the private room, I overheard an arriving staff say "yay! It's empty". The owner needs to retrain to focus on the clients, or, she should replace all if them.

This place is great. I never feel like I'm being judged for lifting a weight wrong. No wait for machines. The computerized programs are so simple, I actually look forward to going to the gym!
