Expected a much higher standard. The package was a wash and hand wax. Called to set up appointment as instructed in the directions, and was told we didn't need an appointment. This was a basic pull/drive thru wash that did not clean the hard to reach areas, wheel wells, wiper cowling, or any or the rubber areas of the vehicle. The hand wax was nearly as bad. We had multiple areas where wax was not removed and/or applied to headlights or plastic body trim. Wheels were dried, but not clean. When we arrived there were at least 6 employees just standing around not doing anything or on their phones. Had to go all the way to the waiting area to find someone to help us. And then was instructed to pull the vehicle into their garage around the side of the building, thought they would have done this. The process seemed disorganized and staff was unmotivated. Not worth the amount paid.

I’ve been using this Car Wash for several years. Never have a complaint. Pricing is competitive and I drive a little distance because their service is better than I can find in my own neighborhood.
