I purchased this Groupon for a facial I went to my appointment and everything was great. Until I’m about to leave and they tell me I need to pay $50 more I was very shocked and confused. If do you want to add A service that’s cost more you need to mention and see if I want it or not. BE CAREFUL

Best facial. She worked on every trouble area and reassured me not to worry about time that she would address it all. Did extra services free. Friendly and informative and didn’t try to upsell. The massage wasn’t for me personally.
