After having to wait 2 months to get on their schedule, unless I was willing to pay an additional $80 fee, we were rear ended on the way to the appointment. I called to let them know what was going on and the person who answered the phone said “Oh, just to let you know you can’t reschedule the appointment with the Groupon, you would need to pay the full price” never got the massage or refund.

I called and scheduled an appointment 2 months out, because that was the soonest they could get me in. I arrived the day and time I was scheduled, and they said I wasn’t on the books and they had no appointment for me. I showed them the text showing that I was scheduled for this day and time. They said they didn’t know what happened and said that they would refund me the Groupon money. But they never did. Pretty disappointed.

If I could give this zero Stars I would. Nowhere on the deal or on their website does it say that If you have a groupon you have to schedule a month in advance and it's only valid on weekdays. And then I was told by the seller that Groupon would be responsible for refunding me but I never received a refund from either party. This was supposed to be for mine and my best friend's birthdays.
