They said this does not include cleaning. THey will only spray water & extract it. They will not use soap of any kind and will not remove stains. They said their Groupon was misprinted and would only use soap if I paid an additional $203. They were unprofessional and rude. Worst Groupon I ever bought.

Carpet cleaning tech unprofessional then charged me extra stating that groupon only pays them $10 out of the $70 I had paid. He said my rooms were too big and would have to charge me extra. They also were a no show at the expected time stating that they were just running late but did not call to inform me. I insisted I had already moved my furniture so they agreed to come by that evening. They tech was rude and did a poor job. It only took him 20-30 minutes to clean 4 rooms and hallway and left an unpleasant odor on my carpets which I will have to clean again. Please do not waste your money, Groupon please take them off your service they had negative things to say about groupon.
