Nice place. Great group of people. Wide variety of ages and ability levels. Exercise AND nutrition info given prior to class - very informative! If you have an interest but are afraid/intimidated to try try Crossfit - this is definitely the place to go (that intimidation/fear will melt away real quick) - the trainer number to client ratio is excellent and you can count on someone being around to answer questions, help you with form and give encouragement during sets.

Their Facebook page is set up as a personal page, where you friend it, not a business page where you like it. Just a little surprised by that, but it does allow them to control who is on the page better.
